Small town about 20 km north-west of Kiel, between the Kiel Fjord and the Eckernförde Bay. Venue of the football tournament.
The Sportpark lies on the southern edge of town at Sander Weg.

Getting here
Nearest major airport is Hamburg (HAM), about 100 km from Kiel. The Kielius airport bus runs directly to Kiel central station.
Kiel central station (Kiel Hbf) has regular connections via Hamburg. The Motel One Schwedenkai is a few minutes' walk away.
Daily ferries connect Kiel with Oslo (Color Line) and Gothenburg (Stena Line) – the Gothenburg ferry arrives right at the Schwedenkai.
Kiel is reached via the A7 and A215 motorways. On match day, buses take all teams from Kiel to Gettorf and back.
